I was so impressed how quickly Merry Maids responded to my request for cleaning service. My daughter needed to be out of her rental, it was the Thanksgiving Holiday and everything was quite short-fused. I called Merry Maids and they set up an appointment to meet with us, look over the property, and give us an estimate and scheduled a cleaning date before our deadline. That was impressive and the cost was spot-on.

Efficient and with two people it takes less time.

No overpowering chemicals smells. Home smells fresh and clean.

The ladies are always polite, professional, friendly, respectful of me and my belongings and helpful. They always ask if there's anything else I'd like done.
None of the products used have an offensive or strong ordor. This is good as my husband is very sensitive to various scents which can set off a sneezing spell.
When I ask a question about a product, they're happy to answer. When I ask how I can maintain something between cleaninga, that too receives a helpful answer. It's wonderful to have a clean house when they leave!

For some 14 years I've depended on Merry Maids to clean my home on a weekly basis. Through all those years the cleaning teams have been dependable, careful, and thorough. MM has a key to the property so they can arrive and depart without my presence. The Merry Maid office calls if there is any change in the cleaning schedule, such as a holiday. Weekly I am left
with a card with the names of the cleaners and an invitation to rate their performance.

The team was early, efficient and super nice. I was highly satisfied with my house, there were a couple things I noticed that were missed but very minor. I like the products used, I have black granite(shiny) counters that streak easily and didn't with their products. I will definitely recommend them to others.

You use environmentally safe products and the smell is not overwhelming. You can't even tell you've used product because the house just smells clean after you're done. :)

The two people that came were thorough, much more so than I expected. My shower stall has never been as clean, they even wiped off my shampoo bottles. They vacuumed my dog beds, cleaned all my window sills and blinds, even wiped down my front door! I look forward to having them back next month :)
