Cleaning staff are always very friendly and personable. They work hard and try to do their best to satisfy our particular requests as much as possible.

The ladies (Merry Maids) are always friendly, flexible, do a thorough cleaning, and I love having the whole house cleaned in one visit!
The products used seem to do the respective cleanings just fine
One time, a product was used in (I'm thinking the bathrooms) that had a fairly unpleasant lingering odor. (my husband is sensitive to all odors). I called the office and it was no longer used (at least in my house).
The office staff also is friendly and helpful in working out scheduling requests.

Once again Christy is the best! Very happy for no solos. Ted and I were used to the swift time our home was sparkling clean. When recommending I always mentioned same.
The products have a fresh clean smell and are safe around pets.
