Denise is consistent with her tasks from week to week. She always asks if there is anything she is missing, and if I do find anything (rare occasion), she handles it immediately. She is the most cheerful young woman I have had the pleasure to become acquainted with in some time. Managing three businesses, I know how an individual's good attitude and upbeat personality translate positively to work; Denise's approach to her work and her end result both reflect her positive outlook.

I know Merry Maids has developed their own line of green cleaners, which I applaud. However, the temp in my home is set at 78-80 during the summer, which tends to lend to mold growth in my showers and toilet bowls between cleanings. I'm anxious to see how these products handle my situation the next few months.

The only thing I have to check each week is to make sure she's left my dog when when she leaves! :) Among my housemates is a 5-pound Pomeranian...she is smitten with my little guy! Joking aside, I appreciate the fact that she interacts and cares about my pets. It's an invaluable perk to have someone who has an eye out for my pets in conjunction with the cleaning.

The smell and the cleanliness

I enjoyed coming home and being able to relax. The shower was shiney and made me feel good. The floors were cleaned the leather shined like it did when I first got it. I was very happy.

Incredibly thorough cleaning job. It would have taken me weeks, not hours. Also staff is so friendly, and handled all my cherished objects with such care. They even took time to make friends with our pets. Penny & Denise have such nice, outgoing personalities. The cleaning products you use are all "green" and our house didn't smell like Lysol or Clorox. It smelled clean. Nice and fresh. We are VERY glad that we chose you!

I love the products they furnish and that I don't have to worry about buying them. I have used them for several years and have been happy. They are great to work with you if you aren't happy and will quickly send someone out to redo which is rare. Very happy with Merry Maids!!

The two young ladies (Baylee & Holly) that come here are excellent & professional. They've been cleaning my apt weekly since Oct or Nov n I am very pleased with the work that they do. They do the job n they are pleasant n cheerful, for being 8:30 am. We have developed a report, which I appreciate. I also like how the staff calls me on Thursday to remind me the girls are coming out the next morning to clean. The reminder comes in handy at times. Every time I've ever had to call into the office for anything I've always received professional n courteous assistance.

The ladies (Mollie and Desiree) are competent, thorough, dependable, trustworthy and pleasant. The products do a good job and are eco-friendly.
