Great service. I work for a real estate company and had hired them for a last minute job at one of our properties. Shelby and Sara at the Prescott office are very communicative and were able to work with tight time constraints to get the job done quickly and efficiently for my client.

Your service is okay. The turnover is not okay. Maids come & go too frequently so there is not continuity in the cleaning. Just about the time I get them doing all the things I want done, they are gone again.

Scent free products : 0 ). Like the way that they change the little things i.e., shampoo bottles, towels, rugs. Like the way they clean the base boards and sliding glass door. Always dependable! Just wish there was a way to tip the ladies doing the service via email or text. I do not have a lot of time to call Merry Maids during normal business hours, it would be nice to tip/communicate other than via telephonic.
