We have only had one cleaning but I immediately noticed that the bathroom had no strong smells of cleaning products. Our old company left the bathroom smelling like bleach and with 2 young children that was a major concern for us. Everything looked great and we look forward to the next cleaning!

Friendly, fast and thorough
I like that they steam the floors. I never can get my floors that clean! And I love how clean the bathroom is. I can never go back to cleaning!!
Think it is good when we have the "regular" people who clean. When others fill in, they do not do as good a job. On one occassion, many areas looked as if they had not been cleaned.
First girls were thorough and friendly -
They came at requested time (10:00am)
Although second visit yesterday was very late, 1pm and I assumed it would be the same girls but it wasn't.

just to not have to do it myself - floors are always good, dusting surfaces good, kitchen is always great, but do wish that you would look out for cobwebs in the corners.
thorough and pay attention to detail. I love that they will make my bed up when I leave linen out. products leave a nice sheen, no residue, faint, clean scent. employees always polite and courtious.
The ladies are always cheerful, even on dreary Mondays. They do a complete job. They bring any problems directly to me. I don't remember ( It was several months ago.)the exact incident, but something appeared to be broken during the cleaning process. The woman immediately told me about it, and it was easily set right. Whatever it was was just askew, not broken.
