I like no smell products but mostly I like willingness of merry maids to be very pleasant and willing and helpfull even with extras.

I like the fact that the maids come consistently at the same time so that I can plan my work schedule around them (as I work at home). I like the fact that Merry Maids use their own products and that they do not raise my cleaning rates all the time (as I would not be able to afford it). My house is not a tough house to clean as I do the "initial" clean (picking up around the house)and I clean during the off weeks. This makes their one person crew able to come in and out in an hour. I sometimes feel that isn't enough time for thorough cleaning. I do not appreciate pictures being off tilt just to prove they cleaned them. But all and all, I do like your service. Adrienne does a nice job.

Some weeks the cleaning seems more thorough (e.g. tile floors sometimes streak, kitchen countertops not wiped down completely) than others. Very pleased with Nilda and Luz!

Merry Maids did an initial deep cleaning for my house. I was nervous about having someone else clean my home, but the ladies did a fantastic job. The cleaning was very, very thorough. I was extremely satisfied and have zero complaints.
