The work performed on my property was first rate! The rooms were spotless. The team spent a great deal of time there and were thorough.
When they first showed up one of the ladies asked me if I had a broom. Odd I thought. She then called someone to bring one.
When it came time to pay she showed me a number on a sheet of paper and I made out a check. I asked for a receipt and was told she had none to give me.
Then I mentioned that they had left some trash bags full of trash on my back porch and asked if they were going to take them. "That's yours" she said, " We don't do that." Again, odd!
But as I said I'm very satisfied with the actual work that was done.

My husband Bob and I both agree that the Merry Maid services were very good. Two young women came to our home and worked steadily from 12:00 noon until 4:30, without taking a lunch break. Ours is an old house, and there was much to be done as per the work order, but I heard no grumbling. The tools and products they brought with them made their work much easier than I expected, and their manner was competent and professional.

My teams always do a great job, my house sparkles when they've finished. Merry Maids always goes that extra mile. They are 100% reliable, courteous, careful and understanding. The cleaning products never irritate, I have asthma and am very sensitive, this is a plus. I also have pets and my rugs look like new when my team finishes cleaning....even my pets enjoy my Merry Maids teams....the Maids are great with my pets too....very important to me.

Recently purchase a condo and needed to have it cleaned before I moved in. I reached out and was able to meet with Jen about my needs. She gave me a detailed quote and even went as far as providing useful information to help me achieve my cleaning goals. She was also patient while I worked through the timing and ultimately booking the cleaning.
On the day of the cleaning I met Diana & Jessey who were very pleasant as well as informative in how they were going to clean the condo.
I was unable to stay while they were there but felt very confident that my belongings were safe. I returned a few hours later and was pleasantly surprised with the results.
