Having Merry Maids come to my house every two weeks is money well spent! It is priceless to me to not have to deal with dust build up and stuffy noses, or the cobwebs accumulating in corners of the house. After Nilda G finishes working her magic the house smells clean, and surfaces are left immaculate. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone who asks.
It was very easy to schedule service. Communication was quick , responsive and friendly. Cleaning was excellent, efficient and on time. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The products used were effective and were not over empowering. I like that merry maids brings their own cleaners and tools making it easier for all involved. Very happy with the hard work and end results!

Customer service and good cleanings
Overall I’m quite satisfied. Every once in a while a different team of cleaners is sent, and I like that less. The new people are less familiar with what I expect and do things thar catch me off guard (locking doors, turning off lights, thar kind of thing)
We are extremely happy with the service provided by Merry Maids in Foxboro. We had initially booked a cleaning for a new rental property in Attleboro but prior to taking the keys we found mold in the bathroom that had been painted over. We obviously didn't not take the property and notified Merry Maids. Leanne was very understanding and cancelled our appointment and simply asked to consider them when we found a new place. Within a week we had found another place in Medway. Leanne was able to book us a cleaning a few days later. The cleaning crew came out on a Monday morning and spent roughly 3 hours there. The house had been empty for a few months and needed a good cleaning. I can't praise them enough for the outstanding job they did for us. They cleaned everything! We are so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend Merry Maids in Foxboro. Thank you Leanne and your staff for your outstanding service! I will definitely give you a call next time I need your help.

Just had my initial cleaning and my home looked great - the dusting/vacuuming was well cone, the kitchen was spotless, and they cleaned my window blinds so they look like new again!
Only had one issue in the bathroom. We have an older clawfoot style tub that a previous owner had painted the outside of the tub, which is now flaking off. The team was concerned about scrubbing the tub thikning that the glaze was chipping, which it isn't, and did not clean the tub. I reached out to our representative to inquire about it being missed, and they were very responsive and communicated with me quickly and effectively. Our next cleaning is a week away and I'm looking forward to claiming back my weekends that I previously spent tidying and cleaning the house; now I only have to tidy up and do laundry so having Merry Maids is a big time saver for me and one less thing I need to worry about!

Hermelinda and Byron (sp?) are great. Very friendly, and they take direction well. I especially appreciate the care they take with our cats, making sure they don’t get trapped anywhere, and keeping them out of rooms where they aren’t supposed to be.
