Maids are very professional and also very friendly. Love the smell of the spray they use and would like to buy some . Do not have any harsh smell of chemicals when they are here cleaning.they are a big help for me and would definitely recommend them.

I like your cleaning products. I do think your cleaning is not always up to snuff. One week its great, the next it slips a little. Probably because of different people doing the cleaning.

The women were very open to feedback and our request to pay particular attention to specific areas (like the baseboard heaters). And with the last two visits, they turned the toilet paper into points and folded the towels like in a hotel.
I like that little touch. It makes me feel like someone professional has cleaned and not just a regular person.

I love my floors when you give them a good cleaning also my kitchen appliances are spotless and especially my bathrooms
They also wipe down anything they see that needs it. The last cleaning you did I got home and was smiling all through my walk through then I just sat and fell in love again with my house especially my floors. For some people food is the way to their hearts with me its clean floors and my house.

Merry Maids arrives on time, displays a cheery attitude, their products and work ethic leave my home (inhabited by two humans and four doggies) neat as a pin. They tend to business, act professionally, and not the least interested in gossip.

The team leader I have is wonderful(Skye), She takes great care of my home, very friendly and self consciously, makes sure things are done to her and my standards. I had a cleaning done before the holidays which was horrifying, it seems the more girls here the worse it is. Skye even noticed when she was here things that had not been done, due to the amount of dust. Even though this time there were 2 girls Skye made sure it was done properly, and even went back over some of the things the other girl thought to be clean and cleaned herself. As far as products go there great no problems with them, just have them use one cleaner I have, but the rest is your product and I must say I LOVE the cinnamon spray can't spray enough of it. SKYE HERSELF IS A 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been very impressed with Sherry as team leader; recently she and whoever was with her have gone "the extra mile" on a couple of different problems (crusty glasstop on my stove, spots on the carpet in my upstairs office, doghair on the couch) which wouldn't have normally been part of their assignment. My confidence in Sherry's team has really increased and I've had pleasant surprises when I get home.
