The ladies show up when they say they're going to. They're professional, friendly and jump right in to start work. They do a great job!

I do wish that when one of them is ill and coughing/sneezing, that MM provide them with a mask & gloves so as not to spread germs.

MM have several people working for them so they have flexibility and are available on short notice.

The maids were very pleasant and worked quickly doing a very good job through most of the house.

The only areas I asked them to go over were under the bed because they hadn't reached under far enough and the breezeway. They left several areas on the breezeway floor that weren't clean and needed to be scrubbed rather than just wiped with a cloth. They obliged.

All in all they did a wonderful job and I would definitely use them again. My next cleaning is already booked.

I like the continuity of providers.
I've noticed that sometimes the bathroom surfaces have a film on them. this could be due to the cleaning products that the providers use.
I've noticed that sometimes the area under the bed is not swept.

Personnel and thorough service

Cleaning crew was very thorough. They left my home immaculate and smelling so clean and fresh.
It was so nice to be able to come home from a long day and relax in a neat, clean home.

The Merry Maids have been here twice. In both cases it was the lead girl who did the best work. The first time Kayla washed the floors and left dirt spots on my hardwood and she really needs to learn to use the lemon oil. What she used it on I had to polish because there was two swipes of oil.

The second pair of girls came Monday. I realize Diana is almost done with her job but she told Jen that she had vacuumed the great and she brought the vacuum to the car. When I looked in the great room the rug had not been touched. I told Jen and she called Diana back to do it.

Like I said, the lead girls are great.

I like coming home and smelling how clean the house is.

The team I have is excellent. Had a mishap but team sent to fix issue were great. People in office are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The house smells and looks great when we get home from work

We needed our home cleaned top to bottom because we are getting ready to sell our house. The merry maids came in a did an amazing job. Our house looks and smells amazing. Setting up the service was so easy as well. The whole process from start to finish was easy and put me and my family right at ease. I will continue to have merry maids clean my home and I would recommend their service to anyone looking to have their home cleaned.

Your two cleaners did a very good job. The little giraffe ornament that got knocked over and broken is a non issue. It was an inexpensive decoration, one of a kind and can not be replaced. Merry Maids came in and did a deep cleaning, including washing the molding, windowsills, etc. (instead of just dusting). They were here for over four hours and did a fabulous job! Now I will go for a bi-weekly cleaning to keep things looking great.

The consistency and premium level of service across all areas is remarkable. The training programs are obviously well monitored and provide an excellent foundation for the dependable performance.

I find the teams professional and friendly, and respectful. If I need to add something small (like making a bed) they are happy to do so.

The ladies were friendly & professional and got right down to work. The cleansers they used made the house smell clean without being "perfumy".

I like the fact that the cleaners can use my products and vacuum cleaners. And the reminder calls are important. Also. Able to reschedule when needed.

The time it takes a team to clean from top to bottom is a plus in my busy life.
