Decent pay and good communication. So often in health care, mistakes are made due to a lack of communication. I feel like Senior Helpers strives to have and maintain an open door policy. Someone is always available immediately to answer your call. Someone is always willing to help with any problems should you have any. They always let you know how much you are appreciated and offer incentives and perks quite often.

Staff will work with you on your schedule if you have another 2. Answer any question or concern you might have 3 if you are having car problems will make arrangement to get to work on time.
