My name is Pat Last name removed. I love senior helpers, first off is they are very welcoming and friendly. I was given the opportunity to get my CNA certification and it was a huge eye opener. I’ve been a caregiver for well over 15 years and after taking this class I feel everyone should take this to better our clients. Everyone that I have talked to in the office and the instructor are great at explaining things. Senior helpers is welcoming and pleasant company to work for. Thanks for having me come aboard.

The understanding if something was to come about.
How easy it is to pick up extra hours if needed/wanted, how easy it is to request days off and how absolutely understanding the managers are when something happens and you have to be late or need a day off.
The office staff is very supportive of the outside workers.

So new to this company. But so far it seems like they are doing a great job. If I could change anything it would be better benefits and pay for part-time workers.
