Your greatest asset is your workforce. The workers who come to my house are so very pleasant and accommodating. They don’t grumble and complain that my house is such a terrible mess. They don’t fuss about having to work around me. I try to alert them to any special concerns—such as kitchen spills or breakage. They help me by retrieving things from the floor that I’ve dropped. Laurie has been the team lead here most always. The staff who comes with her sometimes changes, and that’s ok. Laurie teaches them the routine. The teams seem to get along well and help each other to accomplish the task. In the rare event that they miss something, I don’t mind because I know the team will return in two weeks and they can do it then.

The team is always very responsive and on time. They always have a smile on their face and seem happy to be in my home. It's a delight to talk to them when they arrive in the morning.

The maids are awesome; we've been working with them for years. Though I would like to see a more thorough clean in the bathrooms and kitchen areas. I only have one gripe from last week: there was a pile of cat treats that my cats didn't eat on the floor behind our chairs, after the maids left it was still there. I need to make sure my floors are getting cleaned even behind our chairs. That's it; everyone is doing a terrific job! Thanks again, First name removed
