Heather is wonderful! She is very thorough, efficient and friendly.
We have been Mery Maids customers for 6 years or so. Their service is great-- the workers are on tim and have high standards. They always leave us feeling good about spending money for what my mom would have called a luxury.
We have a standing agreement on what's to be done, of course, but i often leave a note with some specific things to watch for (e.g., i cannot reach something that fell under the bed, my partner does not want anyone to touch the junk on his dresser). Heather knows where to find and store things, and how we like things done. We have given them access to our home when we are not there, and overall, this has been a good experience.
They have consistently assigned on employee (Heather) to regularly be at our home; and others work for/with her. She knows where to find things, where to store them, and generally, how we like things done. She efficient thorough, friendly, and punctual. These things are important to me, because i am disabled and cannot reach under tthe bed, behind the furniture, or on upper shelves.
And yes, I would highly recommend, the company with confidence that their work might make (my recommendation (and in turn, me) look good.

The staff takes care of all the routine tasks. They take the initiative and go over and above what is required. During a recent hospital stay, the team took it upon themselves to throw out any spoiled food in my refrigerator so I wouldn't have to deal with it when I got back.

You have to watch these people you have to watch everything they do that you’re paying them for if you don’t he First name removed find out later. They completely skipped what you asked them to do. I am bringing it up to my account manager. I’m spending $240 now I’m installing cameras all over my house and if I don’t see these people doing stuff they’re done.
