I have been taking my seven year old son Ezra to Mathnasium to encourage his love of math and learning. Mathnasium has exceeded our expectations and we are very satisfied! Ascot, the Director of our Mathnasium facility in Calabasas has been absolutely fantastic! He is able to teach challenging (for a first grader) material in a way that makes it understandable for Ezra. Also, he is very encouraging which I greatly appreciate as Ezra can be hard on himself.

Anika is gaining confidence in Math and doesn’t complain about attending tutoring 3 times a week. She sees the value in reviewing where needed but also in homework and study help for her current assignments and tests.

We just started but so far so good.

This is the first time our 8 year old has fully enjoyed math. She picked a prize and has been motivated to work towards it. Each time she’s so proud of how many pages she’s completed and thrilled about the stars she’s earned. I’ve also been thrilled about the way the tutors help with patience, guiding the students, but patiently letting them figure out the answers.

We have been coming to Mathnasium for six weeks with our son who wasn't doing very well in Math. After the first week he was showing improvement and has been improving ever since. We are very happy with his new found confidence in math!
