We are so pleased with the progress our son is making at Mathnasium. He has gained in confidence and has improved in the subject area based on recent test scores.
The only constructive feedback I have might seem silly, but when we signed on we were told about the points incentive for wearing the Mathnasium shirt and bracelet. There are days when both are worn but tutors don’t know about the points or give credit. Our son is too shy to say anything, but perhaps just make sure the tutors are aware of the incentive so kids don’t have to remind them to issue points.
Tommy and his team do a great job helping our som with Math. It’s a bonus when they help him understand his homework.
Our daughter, Grade 6, was far behind in her math skills. She has been excited to attend Mathnasium since day one, and looks forward to going three times per week. I can see her confidence building and her basic skills have dramatically improved. We couldn’t be happier with the program. Thumbs up!
Tommy and the entire Mission Gorge Mathnasium staff have been welcoming, supportive and helpful for my teenage daughters who starting Mathnasium during the summer to stay "up to date" with their Math skills. My 8th grader has continued in the Fall as she appreciates the support from the staff and enjoys the learning environment.

I feel that my daughter is getting the most out of her math skills she is learning with Mathnasium and over time she will be more confident with math. They are teaching her the concepts that she is lacking which will fill in the gaps. Then I think she will not fear or about math but embrace it!

My daughter was diagnosed with dyscalulia which is a math disorder. She has been at this Mathnasium since the first grade. I do not know what would happen if we did not have Mathnasium to help her with her math. Thank you to Tommy and the rest of the staff at Mathnasium in Mission Valley, off Mission Gorge.

My son’s math skills have improved. He says math is not his favorite but is “okay” - an improvement from “I hate math.”
My grandson looks forward to going. The assessments are helpful in knowing what he needs to accomplish.
Our son loves going to ‘Math Camp’. He enjoys the team of instructors and his confidence is growing. My only suggestion is that there be more feedback to parents in the progress they are making. Especially for younger kids (2nd going into 3rd) it’s hard to gauge the progress they make month to month.
But we live his enthusiasm for Marh!
