EVERYTHING!!!! From dropping off my Layla to picking her up and everything in between. My Layla LOVES going to daycare at DOGTOPIA and I love to be able to see how much fun she is having on the webcams. The staff is WONDERFUL, so loving and caring.

Love all the staff especially Kayla, Brittany and Brett. All the coaches are great. Corporate office made some changes that weren’t great for the company and the long term clients and immediately took my feedback and it was implemented which I am grateful for because I can now stay a client! Only complaint at this point is the flooring unfortunately is hard to keep clean and since I have a doodle is long fur always smells like pee. Which is out of the control of anyone’s hands and the staff at the daycare do everything they can to make it better which I appreciate. Thanks for all y’all do!

The facility is neat and clean. I love the fact that the employees truly care about the animals in their care. My little Bella really seemed to enjoy her time there. I am comfortable thetvshe will be in good hands when she is there.

Love the indoor outdoor facility and fact that employees walk the dogs around in a circle to keep them moving. However, the rest period mid day is too long. Would prefer it get broken up during the day.

I know my “kids” are safe. My first puppy (their brother) was killed in a freak accident while at a boarding place. Paula who used to work there spent a lot of time showing me around when I was shopping for a new place to leave them. The webcams are also a huge relief bc I get to see them while I’m away.
The team is professional, reliable and friendly, and I trust that they have my fur-baby's best interest at heart. They also make it super fun for the dogs! I mean, who doesn't want bacon-flavored bubbles and pool day! :)
During this COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to show my most sincere appreciation to Dogtopia (at Raintree and Scottsdale). I normally work from home, so social distancing is not a problem for me. However, my very large and active pup gets lonely. By being open (Monday-Friday) and updating its operations policies (valet drop off and pick up), my furry loved one is able to still enjoy his friends and have some semblance of normalcy during these unprecedented times. Thus, allowing me to do my best work for the large healthcare organization – who has been at the forefront of this crisis and showing exemplary leadership. My hope, with the Arizona COVID-19 Executive Order, is that Dogtopia (and other doggie daycares) are deemed essential services – because they are. Our human children might not be able to go to school or daycare, but thankfully and at this time, there is no evidence of human to dog transmission. Many parents have enough pressure, dealing with distance learning for their human kids, transitioning from office to work-at-home life, and having so much “togetherness” at home. Having an outlet for their loving pups is necessary to keep their sanity! Dogtopia, thank you for your hard work and extraordinary efforts. From staying open to extending hours for healthcare professionals and essential-industry employees, I consider your flexibility to support dogs and their owners the gold standard in customer service.
