Having the opportunity to see my client improve day by day. Comparing the difference from when I first met my client as he was starting to decline due to an operation and his age, causing him to decline even faster. The flexibility of the schedules and the constant communication and reminders sent via message and email.
That we are reliable I can see we are needed by so many people. And so nice that we can stay home and take care of are loved ones.
They listen, and they respond to any concerns the clients have. They also respond to any concerns that the caregivers have. They also let us know how much we are appreciated.
