I have been able to build caring and trustworthy relationships with clients. I am able to depend on other caregivers to do their job. I have never gone into a “first time shift” without being told who the client is, what disabilities the client may have and what is expected of me during my shift. The office is always available whenever I have a question or concern. I feel appreciated by office staff and supervisors. I feel our company provides top quality care and truly love my job.
