Helping others and meeting people

The flexibility to create your schedule is awesome. The ability to be able to pick up additional hours outside of your schedule is also convenient. Very easy to understand the ins/outs of what to do for every care plan as well. Getting to know clients is an added bonus where valuable connection and relationships are built. You realize how important you become to your clients the more you provide exceptional service. The clients are the most valuable part of this job.

Diversity of clients and flexibility

I like the foundation for expectations, independence, staff is generally supportive. I really enjoy working with the clients, meeting them, doing companion care is my favorite.
