I like that the shifts. Aren't to long and I like the way senior helpers let's you pick up extra shifts if your short hrs.

I love the fact that when a job becomes available and you are called on it's up to the care giver to accept it After a few visits to a client's house seniors helpers will call again to see how things went and if you want to continue working with that particular client.

Another thing is they offer on going classes to educate the staff.

There are so many benefits to doing this type of work. To know you are making a difference in someone's life is the most rewarding.

I have only been working for senior helpers for a few months now but the ongoing support I receive from the staff in the office I can't say enough about. They are always there for you day or night and there have been times where I have had to call many times in a day and never once have I ever felt like it was to much. I couldn't do this job if it wasn't for the support from Janelle, Ming, Angela and all the other wonderful ladies in the office.
