The company is great with an awesome staff. You'll never be without a client, if for some reason your client discontinues their services the staff will find you someone almost immediately. They have online courses to better understand certain situations and how to handle it in cause you didn't know or just forgot. If for some reason you have to call out they find you a replacement without any hesitation. Senior helpers not only take care of their clients but also their workers.
