Love the way we're treated as a family and not a employee #. The way we all work together as a team and help one another. When needed days off for emergencies, are just a day off to regroup from caregiver stress,etc...

When hired on we get matched with clients of same interest, if we fill unsafe, not pleased with the client, yall find someone mutch better matched. The most of all is SHU classes taught if you never been a caregiver and if are , learned more updated ways of doing things.. I can't just pick 1 thing about Sr.Helpers
