I would first: Good treatment. And to improve our salary and to give me day off, payed, when we need. We care old person and this job needs to be more cualified. We worked during pandemia, with people that were in high risk.I studied to do this job. And I try to add new knowledge every year. I am happy to work with Paula and the other helper senior staff. They are so nice.
