They are very involved in the case that the caregiver is providing, they are always checking on the assessment to ensure are done and the client is receiving the best care , ist an excellent service they provide.

We don’t have to talk directly with the clients. It’s a pretty big support for care givers.

Open assignments( new clients) are sent and caregivers can pick the assignment/ client.And existing open assignments are sent to pick.Assignments are not forced on a caregiver.

It’s a good place to work , they know to listen to the needs that the caregivers asking and the considerate they know to respond quickly and they solve problem very well

Mel is the best to help resolve issues. The others try to find out what I did wrong . Working with volunteers I found out that finding what’s right instead of what’s wrong keeps people happy. Solutions to move forward rather than a lecture .

As a caregiver we are not assigned to a client we are given assignment and care plan to choose a client.Which fits our schedule (time and shift)Also Senior Helpers make sure that the client’s environment is safe for safe for caregivers.
