Caregivers are not paid enough for all that they do. The hourly rate should be based on the level of care for each client.

First, I like the video on Alzheimer's and Dementia which is projected to employees on the orientation day. This video made me to understand these desease better which helps me provide better carec to clients.
I really appreciate the good relationship between the office and the employees. Ms. Caroline Webster for example does everything within her reach to solve the problems of employees.
The schedules are emailed on time and our wages too are paid on time.

Staff seems to truly care when you come to them with questions or issues. Staff generally quick to respond or let you know they are working on a solution.
Everything! ! People at the office, always listen to caregiver and also the clients . They will give you the information about the client before you start working with the client and make sure that before you start taking care of a client they will train you . If it's your first time with a client , they will go and introduce you to the client and make sure that you are comfortable with the client. They always communicate with caregivers if they is any changes. Senior helpers is a good company to work for!!!!
