I've used SpeedPro many times before this for my real estate business, but this time was for a perforated back window decal for my wife's business on her new truck. Kelly and Matt did a fantastic job, and we are beyond satisfied with the final result and how it looks. Thanks so much!

I sent over a picture of what I wanted, and thought that you would make the right recommendations and specification to align the information appropriate and professionally for my back windshield. The installation of the product looks unprofessional and off centered. Apparently the product was too big for the back window and the bottom information was cut off to fit the back windshield. The advertise information also sits directly under the windshield wiper and cannot be read or seen. It doesn't look professionally customized at all.
I didn't think it was my job to know the measurements and locations of where things should fit appropriately for advertisement to be read and seen professionally. This is why I chose your establishment over the do it yourself companies.
I also had to ask for a quote for the estimated cost. Although I received the quote it was different from what I charged.. I also never received an invoice or billing statement for the payment I made.
I have mentioned this to Jeff, the rep I worked with and would like to get the proper assistance that will take the time to working with me to correct this error and getting what I believed I paid for "A satisfied job well done with excellence" or my money back
