Group exercises
Group classes. The music is not too loud. The weight room has plenty of equipment. Friendly staff. Clean.
Good customer service
I like the gym in general but my concern is the general aroma. It might be that it’s not cleaned often enough.
I really like the water classes and that’s mainly why I joined. I was hoping that chlorine would not be used and disappointed to see that it is. Hopefully it won’t react on my skin as in the past where I had to quit the classes.
I’m looking forward to trying some other classes.

A variety of fitness exercises, professional and skilled instructors. In addition a friendly atmosphere with people skills.

I go to the Pilates classes, and I enjoy being able to schedule and reschedule so easily on the AP.

The child care, classes and the equipment. Always greeted with a smile. Equipment always kept clean/disinfected.

I mainly use the gym area and that is always nice and clean, and the equipment is in great condition.
Love that they watch your kids while you work out. The atmosphere is also quiet and respectful. Seriously regret not joining sooner

All the classes I’ve taken so far are very good for my level of fitness. Everyone so far is helpful and friendly.
A map of the facility would be helpful. The description of the activity does not match the room number indicated..
A heated lap pool would also be super 😊

Love the facility. Equipment is abundant and Almost always available.
Glad you have water aerobics classes. Wish you had a basic pickle ball class to learn how to play.

Friendly personal, Cleaned
I enjoyed watching the basketball games.
The program is conveniently located at the school. The staff is friendly and provides a variety of activities for the children to do after school.
Kids activities are engaging for kids and my kid always enjoy spending time with ymca and their teacher staff and convenient for working families to manage the school and office timings.
Seems to be select options that can meet a diverse group of members to select from according to their needs and reason for becoming members.
You guys did a great job! Lena loved her volleyball league / team and we'll happily participate again in the winter!
