Sultana was very welcoming on our first visit. Smile never left her face and she was very opened and receptive to the cut we wanted for our son. It turned out really great (and my son LOVED the hot towel treatment...;) )

I had my hair cut by Cinthia M, whom I ask for every time I go. Great work and pleasant conversation. In particular, I go for the MVP treatment and she did a great job. Very relaxing.
I just changed my hairstyle and they make it look great (and Cinthia M did a great job yesterday). This new style means I need to go more frequently to keep it clean, but that just means I get more MVP treatment.

Cinthia M was awesome. Was on the fence about getting a beard trim because of how awkward it is. She was welcoming and professional and I was at ease within minutes. She took her time and did a great job, she explained all the specials and add ons. I was in a rush and to get me out of there fast she ended up forgetting to change her boots to shoes before starting. She was very concerned about something so small, which emphasizes her feelings about her job. She obviously cares immensely about her job and it show through something as small as forgetting to change her boots to something as big as making me feel comfortable doing something I went back and fourth on for weeks (almost just shaved the beard).
Give that woman a raise, she will bring you business as well as return business and as a manager and consultant I can tell you she is an asset. This is the first time I have done a survey and only because she did a great job am I spending time on this.
An honorable mention was the blonde woman (didn't catch her name) beside Cinthia, when I got there she had the most difficult guy in her chair and she handled him like a pro and he left happy and ready to come back.
