Well, the general ambiance is wonderful! We go to SportClips with my son, who is 11. He has a regular hairdresser who always seems to know what he wants and she's very knowledgable and helpful. It's always a wonderful experience!

I really enjoy the pre-booking online. The sports channel always playing and the hairdressers are always pleasant to talk to. I have had three or four haircuts there now and have yet to have a bad cut.
