I love the convenience of booking a spot online. The facility is very clean and super friendly. We bring both of our sons (and sometimes our girls) and the stylists have always been incredibly friendly and seem to know exactly what the kids want in a cut. Our oldest son has Down syndrome and he has been treated with so much respect and courtesy from anyone who has done his hair.

Love the attentiveness, the atomsphere! The cut was perfect and I like that Lexi asked about length, if it needed to be shorter or anything corrected. Additionally she was quick to identify the area to correct and did so without making it feel like it was too much etc.

Love seeing the order of people- it really helps with my 9yo and the waiting.
His barber/hairdresser was great and was able to do exactly what he wanted- a neck trim and around the years. This has become his favourite place for haircuts.
Had a hard time checking in to book an appointment from my computer. When I couldn't book one, I called the shop and spoke to Deborah who was extremely helpful. She also did a great job on my hair.
