It was very easy to get started with whatever preliminaries were needed for paperwork, etc. and we were assigned a great driver named Simon from Kenya. My parents love him!! He takes good care of them and always calls me with concerns, even while at the doctor's offices. I have a direct cell phone connection to talk to him anytime, and trying to care for my parents from two states away has been a challenge, to say the least, but he has really relieved my worries.

I got to meet Simon a few weeks ago when I flew up to check on my parents, and was impressed. What a caring , nice guy.

For the company in general, I get quick responses to my inquiries for rides and it has just taken such a burden off of me with scheduling my mother's many doctor appts. She is transported in a wheelchair and is not an easy patient because of her weakness and advanced dementia. My dad comes along and he has fairly advanced Alzheimers, and Simon does all of that. So, thank you-this is worth every penny. And speaking of that,
I found your company more workable because you don't require a minimum amount of hours. It is fairly rated and no one feels hostage to having to figure what to do with the extra hours of after the doctor appts. Other companies said oh, we can come and clean house and do some shopping or this or that, but that did not fit into what we needed. They live in assisted living and housekeeping and laundry and meals are all included. So I feel like we made a great choice with Senior Helpers! Thank you.

Compassion

I appreciate that when a new caregiver starts, the manager comes with the caregiver to show that person where everything is and what the normal tasks are.

I would be happier to be able to have someone come for four hours rather than a minimum of five hours. I only use your service for house cleaning, because I would never have enough personal caregiving caregiving needed to keep someone busy for five hours.
