It isn’t about Senior Helpers, it’s about the caregivers.
I liked that you worked with us to find caregivers that we felt comfortable with. We loved our final three, Edwin, Tina and Mohamed.
We like the people we have, Margaret and Anna.
The two providers that provide care for my wife, First name removed, do a very good job. Margaret is with us 5 days a week & Anna is with us 2 days.
They both care for First name removed & do housework, which is appreciated.
Current caregivers are timely, mature, caring, hardworking.
Primarily, the two women that provide First name removed’s care, are great: Margaret (5 days a week) & Anna (2 days a week).
The primary weak area is that sometimes communication isn’t as good as it could be.

We very impressed by immediate response and that the owner Pete came to our home everytime a different helper was scheduled to introduce them to us and to see if there were any different needs we may have. They were very attentive to our needs and were very professional and the same to the reps on the phone when we called in.
