They’re very prompt establishing your service request and answering any questions you may have. We have used transportation/companion service and they arrive on time and very helpful in assisting my Mom on her doctor appointments.

Responses to questions are very timely from the administrative staff. Everyone is friendly. Personnel helping are helpful and friendly. There is flexibility in scheduling help when needed. Obtaining information on how things work was easy.

Senior Helper's staff is wonderful in navigating and finding caregiver help at the last minute. Although it rarely happens, when a caregiver calls out, Senior Helper's staff immediately and very professionally finds a caregiver replacement.
Also, when my family has had to change the caregiver schedule, the 24 hour turnaround response has been amazing!
