From the very first contact I had with the Senior Helper staff, I have been so impressed with the professional, personal help my family has received! My elderly parents live in Austin and I live in Houston. When my mother had pneumonia this summer she was hospitalized and then in rehab. I spent many weeks with them. When it was time to her to come home, Senior Helper caregivers came in and allowed me to come home! I was in contact with the staff via phone, text and email! It was such a relief to have them looking out for my parents. Vanessa her caregiver is a life saver! My parents love her and she has become a part of our family!

We were recommended to Senior Helpers by Encompass when my mother was in rehab recovering from pneumonia. The entire staff of Senior Helpers have been great to work with! I live in Houston and my parents in Austin, Going back and forth wore me out but Moire emailed, called or text me with updates on my mother when I wasn’t there. All of the helpers were great with my parents especially Vanessa. My parents said she never stops moving,... helping my mom, light housekeeping and cooking! Really a great help for my 89 year old father and 87 year old mother!
