I know I will always have a caregiver.
Good communication with staff. I am happy with the person who cleans for me. I am very happy to have so many services available to me.
They are helpful with the needs of this client
Everything. I’m single and it gives me an opportunity to go shopping, out for a meal, the library, a car ride and other things with a person who supports me, drives me where I need to go and other places. Driving is something I am no longer comfortable doing and It gets me out of my apt. With a support person. It is excellent and I would like to be paired with someone again.
Thank you.

Very trustworthy, friendly, and fair costs for services.
I wish my program stated sooner with the state but it is clear you are dedicated to helping people who struggle do more to help change future lives of those you work with. I'm on the state ILSProgram. Clean house clean mind. I do now have separate cleaners, but with SH we are developing ways to simplify how things are organized, and breaking tasks down to manage better. Even though I'm "high functioning" I am still quite easily overwhelmed with daily life while working through some tough times in therapy. My goal is to be back to work at least part time, have my state programs, medications, paperwork as a whole more easily done by programs end. As well as have school appealed, and ground made on finding scholarships and grants as a female disabled STEM master student, to advance my skill set to 1. Have skills needed for a direct hire non contract job and 2. Veered toward a career path in field I love vs being tossed around in large corporations who don't see me.
Each week I have 2 lists prepared for when SH comes over. 1. Items I need help with, and I've prepared information, and done the tasks I'm able to do and need help with and 2. Items I either need body doubling with or I need help with doing/understanding how to do. I haven't had a week I didn't feel a sense of accomplishment after.
The final piece of the puzzle as we go along is making habits out of things that I learned from. ADHD makes things difficult, but apart from the 2 lists, we are sure to address a thing or 2 to work on daily / make habits of, and then do some positive reinforcement over. Make a firmer foundation for the future to ease executive disfunction. If I miss doing something, its something we also take care of in the moment (mail check/sort, for example)
At any rate, free of judgement and full of support to build a stronger self supportive system... and that includes learning to plan where help is needed, and make connections/communications to get that help. When it is first recognized as needed - the same way I currently do prepare each week with SH. Much more I'll learn independently, esp as health improves. But at same time, identifying areas of difficulty now during the program where a body double is the solution, I can also have/make plans going forward.
Life is hard now, and it takes significant time to process and heal. Senior Helpers is helping me, not only with chores and basic overall life organization and operation - rarely by merely doing, but helping me find better ways. Which includes helping me use newer appliances I never or rarely have, working through a better means of mail/paper processing/filing, medication planning, etc. It's a lot, and I feel seen and positively helped and motivated to put ideas into practice.
We have an excellent team caring for our mother. Office staff are responsive and supportive.
Our mom is very satisfied with your staff. If her usual helper isn’t available someone else is always found.
