Quick responce. Loved the lady who came to me. She was energetic and tool good care of me.

Staff and caregivers are friendly . I’m updated quickly with confirmation of who is filling my caregiver request and they are usually able to fill last minute requests. I like that they always have a caregiver that’s “on-call” so that if someone calls out they have an immediate standby.

The ladies are prompt and flexible with time and skills.

We love the service Senior Helpers provides. The women that have come to help my mother who suffers with dementia are patient and provide great companionship and care to my mother.

Tracy Anderson conducted a very detailed and informative session in person. She came to our house and made sure to include my mom in the conversation. It was easy to pick Senior Helpers between the 3 agencies we interviewed. The rates are a bit higher than the other agencies but worth it for the quality of services. Tracy found the perfect match in Yvette for my mom’s need and personality. I also appreciate that Tracy and Wendy have been available to answer all my questions. I appreciate the ease in extending Yvette’s and in finding Alonna for Sundays as my mom’s assistance needs increase. I am already recommending Senior Helpers to friends!

I really appreciate that Rose is always on time, does an excellent job of keeping my home clean. I also appreciate that neither your service or Rose attempts to take care of me physically.

What I love about Senior Helpers is if your designated helper cannot make the appointment time, they will provide another helper that will best fit your loved ones needs and personality. I have loved all the ladies that have come to love on my mom and provide great companionship and help.

I have not yet had a Caregiver come out to the home from the North Central area, but I have been very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of my initial contact and how easy it is to get a hold of someone.

Staff is attentive to my mom's Alzheimer's needs while also friendly to my often grumpy dad.
