Hickey Amber D is by personal assistant she shows up on time because immediately to work she looked for things to do that. I can’t do help me with dressing it. I need it cook my meals. She’s having here three hours five days a week, but that she does Martin Three hours that I could do in the day. I really appreciate she’s very friendly and we have nice talks if I need anything done she’ll do it if she needs a raise I can tell you that much.
It seems that the people running the office do care and they try to meet the needs of the clients.

Senior Helper services have been a great way to support my parents and allow them to function in an independent living cottage. From assistance with grocery shopping, showering, daily cleaning activities , stripping and remaking beds , and laundry, the helpers provide personal and caring
help.
The current lady is very nice. She’s probably the best one so far. She shows up and if she has a problem with schedule she will talk to me.

Workers are very courteous and polite. Any schedule changes (even if last minute) are handled efficiently. No complaints. They are available to answer any questions and want to make sure they have the client and families best interests taken care of.

They are pleasant and reliable. They are also very accommodating for schedule changes and needs.
I like it that my assistant knows what to do when he arrives. However, it would be more effective if we could have the same personal assistant, as my spouse has not become used to any yet.

The patient care
I’ve had nothing but a good experience with the Caregiver’s assigned to help me. I feel special since for the last year or so my caregiver’s included my sister and niece who give me around the clock care. In those past situations were I had to go to the hospital or emergency room one or both were there to assist. For all the help they have given me I am truly grateful. Thank you for your support.
