I use to fight with my kids every night to get them to do their Kumon homework and they would dread having to go in each week. That has not been the case with Mathnasium. My kids love going to class. They have fun learning so much. Sammy and the other teachers there are fun, encouraging and welcoming to all the students. Before they were frustrated with trying to learn new concepts, while it is still challenging they now rave about how Ed and others are able to help them through it. Also we really love the flexible schedule with Sunday options.

My kids love Mathnasium! Before we found Mathnasium, we were at Kumon and I had to fight with my kids every day to do their workbooks and they would never want to go each week. Now they look forward to going and have so much fun, while still learning!
David listened to the need for our son and we came up with a plan. He was very responsive and the tutor was great with my son. They built a good working relationaship and it really helped him get back on track this year.
Mathnasium was a lifesaver during covid! My son took Algebra H in 8th grade and due to covid he had to take the class virtually. Since there was no live teacher instruction it was challenging. Mathnasium gave him the opportunity to learn core concepts and provided him the building blocks he needed for the class. He ended up passing Algebra 1H and 2H with over 90% each semester. I really appreciated the assistance the instructors gave him and the consistent learning updates I was provided.

Before Mathnasium, my 10 year-old son would struggle daily with his math assignments. We tried to help him, but the way we learned differed greatly from the methods students learn today (i.e. core math). And oftentimes, we didn’t fully understand the content ourselves to teach it to him. This confusion would lead to frustration from both parties and our work sessions would end in tears (again sometimes from BOTH parties). My son’s self-esteem took a major hit (and frankly ours did too because we couldn’t help him). Then we began sending him to Mathnasium. His transformation was like a before and after photo. No frustration, no tears every night and his self-esteem steadily improved because the tutors taught him in a way where he learned best. Now our family nights are much more relaxed, free of stress and frustrations from incomplete math assignments. Thank you Mathnasium!!!!
The employees are so great with children! The vibes and environment at Anthem Mathnasium make learning math fun! I fully expected my children to resist going but they were the ones reminding me. They applied what they learned at Mathnasium to school and grades went up! Cant wait to go back!
