I imagine that most parents enroll their children in Mathnasium to improve their child's overall math skills, which it does. However, what I have found even more valuable is the astounding improvement in my son's attitude towards math and his greatly reduced his anxiety. So many students are struggling with various stressors in our society. If Mathnasium is a place where high school students can go to learn and reinforce math concepts and skills in a relaxed non-threatening environment, then that experience alone makes it priceless. - Marcie Crow

Our son attends Mathnasium two times a week, and he NEVER complains about going. He enjoys working with both Tristan and Dylan because they don't use just one way to teach. That is why he wants to continue to attend throughout the summer. Yes, you read that correctly!!!

We love Mathnasium and so does my daughter! We love that the center works at her pace with her and she is actually LEARNING the information and not just having her time filled with homework that doesn't teach her anything. Dylan is fantastic and always works with us to make sure she is having the best experience. We have referred several people there and will continue to do so.

We started to research math "tutorial/instructional" establishments last spring when it became clear that our son's math anxiety was not decreasing. Although he has always been an A student, the stress he was enduring was definitely weighing on him. After meeting the instructors at Mathnasium, he was open to trying it. After a few sessions, he was actually enthusiastic about it. Our son's math anxiety has not completely dissipated. However, he is significantly more confident, and his stress level prior to tests has decreased as well.
I can honestly say that our son has never complained about attending a session. Anyone with a high school student would probably agree that speaks volumes.

We are very satisfied with the overall approach of this program. It evolves with the learning needs and challenges of the students. This makes learning of math a happy experience which eventually instills a lot of confidence in the young learners and prepares them well for the next level well. We have seen this positive change with our son and so pleased to see him appreciate math more! Dylan and his team are incredible for always being accommodating for scheduling changes.
