This was a very difficult transaction ....our client was the buyer. However, the home was in foreclosure proceedings....with an extended date for auction....Lisa worked day and night to assist with all necessary to be able to close. To further complicate matters...the seller & family did not move out on the scheduled day for closing--- adding to a very stressful situation!
Lisa was always calm, resourceful, kind and diligent with the last minute demands necessary to close (on day later).
