I LOVE the yoga sculpt class and all the teachers. I leave feeling like I had an amazing workout every time. I love using the weights, the combo of yoga and cardio, and the detox I feel from sweating out everything in the heat.

The quality of the instructors are awesome! You can tell they want to be there! Kelly Su & Anna B. are two of my favorites! They are all so friendly & polite. Each of them has a slightly different approach & technique, which they encourage in the 200 Hr Teacher Cert. I have taken the 200 hour teacher certification @ Core Power. I would highly recommend it. I have a full time career & not sure if I'll teach or not but I learned so much, not just about the history of yoga but also about the effects yoga has on our anatomy & brain.The facility is always clean & classes start on time. Love that they have some cool yoga gear to choose from too!
The studio is a welcoming place. It is bright and clean. The staff is friendly and professional.

Amazing center and teachers! Bring back allowing teachers to provide correction and direct instruction to students. I like the hands-on correction when doing something wrong!

Tobi, Rachel, Christina, Paton, Myra and Anna are great.
Rules should (1) limit number of participants, it gets too crowded and (2) instructors must use the microphone, as it’s difficult to hear instructions over music

The studio is lovely and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Cara’s sculpt class was excellent! Her transitions were seamless and she made all of the hard work really fun! I look forward to taking her class again very soon.
