I have loved both classes that I've gone to. I also really love the facilities. My only suggestion is most studios finish with a cold lavender towel and I have really missed that at my two visits to core power.

The instructors are very personable and hands on. Being my first yoga class ever, I truly felt that I had a good understanding of the moves and yoga in general.

Walking by the studio

I love the studio- it has been great. I was wondering if CPY might ever consider doing the cold lavender towels after hot yoga classes? This is the only thing I miss from previous studios! Other than that, loving CPY so far!
