It’s super challenging. I thought yoga was just stretching until I came to Core Power. I burn as many calories in a C2 class as I do in a kickboxing class!

Such a welcoming awesome place! I really get the hard, intense workout I am looking for. All my teachers are so motivating. The locker rooms are extremely nice and always clean. By far my favorite place to workout!!
