It was simple but the only problem I experienced was when I got the email to preorder pictures, I purchased them already and then I had to get my money refunded and then place another order. It was just a hassle.
We appreciate your honest response! To expand on what you wrote - this customer preordered pictures for the event (just like most photo companies - this only lets parents have the last photo taken). At the event we offered to change the order to where she could purchase multiple poses for the same products that we offer, under our "View First" system.
Most of our sports league events are now set for only "View First", meaning participants and parents only order after they view their pictures! This allows parents to choose the pictures the like! Our packages are setup so parents can pick multiple poses. Pictures are normally available to view in a few minutes after photographing the participant!
