Student Testimonials
Love the classes and teachers and the way I feel after class.
I am pretty much obsessed with the yoga sculpt class. I wish I could take it every day. It is a packed hour or 75 mins that makes me feel like I have lifted, done cardio and detoxed in a sauna.
One stop shopping!
And the teachers are super inspiring and kind.
The classes
Everything.
The two times I checked in the people at the desk checking me in smiled, were friendly and helpful directing me to where I needed to go.
The facilities were clean.
The instructors on the 2 times I went were awesome.
I also loved the music.
Great instructors and a beautiful studio space
The teacher was amazing, the space is great, and our practice was small which was nice and so rewarding!
Teachers, classes and music
I love, love, love Meredith MO's energy, attitude, music and motivation.
I have also really enjoyed Kelly Ke's CP2 classes.
I find the studios clean.
I wish you had an earlier class than 8 on the weekends.

The great classes and the kind, helpful, and enthusiastic instructors.
1st time....Chelsea was "da bomb" instructor and made it nice , fun and upbeat. More importantly, I left feeling great- mind body and spirit!!
Close knit community at the UWS studio even though its so new to the area
SARAH IS AMAZING!!
I like that the classes are technical, inviting, and allow space for play.
I love the studio space, and the class was great. All of the poses flowed so well, and made sense. I didn't feel like we rushed through, and I appreciated the hands on adjustments from the instructor.

I've always loved Corepower Yoga. It's where I started yoga 12 years ago and has my favorite teachers. I was so so excited that it was finally in New York. When I went I was very disappointed. The set up is pared down from every other location I've been to around the country. There aren't actual locker rooms. You can hear hair dryers and people opening and closing lockers, getting ready for their day during your class. It's very distracting. When you finish class there's no where to go! You're straight from 98 degrees to a cold air conditioned lobby. Men and women signing in with your tiolet, shower, changing rooms and lockers spread out around them. It's problematic having only two showers that are individual private stalls when there's usually 5-6 for just the women's locker room everywhere else. When New York gets as busy as other studios it will be very inconvenient trying to get ready after class. Of course New York always presents a space issue. This may be the way a lot of other studios work but I thought there was a higher standard for Corepower Yoga. It's why you'd pay so much more. The black tag membership is TWICE as much money for so much less. Up until now I had never had a less than magical experience at the Corepower studios in San Diego, LA, the Bay, Texas, Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston or Portland. It's disappointing New York isn't as good as all those but more money :(
