The teachers at the UWS location are wonderful! Alyssa C. and Andrea La are the best. I always love taking their classes. Even when I am struggling to get to a class mentally, I always feel better when I leave.

P.S. Teacher Training emphasized using students names. IRL haven’t seen this. Please could you include memory training in TT and also offer a class to active teachers? It would also be useful for learning sequences.
I liked the heat. I liked the crowd. Looked like a lot of neighbored people who used to take Bikram classes at that studio.
Lauren was amazingly patient and kind as I negotiated my way through my first class without shame. So lovely.
I like that it offers a variety of classes and that it welcomes all levels. I gave a 9 because there is little use of asanas origins and credits given. Thank you

I love the diversity in this studio. Its one of my favorite.
I love the energy of the instructors, each class has it own personality set to music, which I always enjoy. I like that most instructors don’t take themselves too seriously and encourage exploration and doing what feels right for the individual.
Self sufficient business minded nature of the operation
