Consistently high level of teachers, fabulous facilities, wonderful transformative yoga. Very easy to check in, my monthly payments are always efficient, I love having my towel included as part of my package as it saves washing at home. CJ's studio is amazing and this yoga has helped my body stretch and grow - going into my 50's, I wouldn't be without it. All of the teachers give different input and seldom do I leave a class without some new insight that helps me in life. Riccardo, Sam, Emma, Ted .... and of course CJ .... you are incredible. Friendly atmosphere, great facilities, brilliant yoga instructors - very welcoming, a lot of encouragement in class and, although it's hard work, it's always fun and I'm noticing major body and health benefits and improvements!

Ricardo greeted me a reception as always I arrived just in time and needed to pay he calmed me down made me relax and let me settle the account and then taught an amazing class.
After the class he gave me useful advise and was extremely professional on all levels.
I have been away for a long time I felt glad to be back!

The fact that the people running the classes are friendly and personal - the staff know you by name and are happy to talk to you.
The studio is in an area where there is free parking so you can come even if you don't live within walking or cycling distance.
The studio itself has quite an introverted atmosphere - you are not aware of the outside world and can lose yourself.
You immediately knew my name when I came to the first session, and pretty much remembered me after that. The care taken in studio by the staff in ensuring poses are done correctly is very reassuring for newbies such as myself. The whole environment is welcoming, personal, not intimidating like a gym can be. You are made to feel a sense of achievement by committing yourself after signing up. I have found the whole process great so far and have already been telling friends and family to get signed up. Brilliant all round

The yoga room is big and clean, same the changing room. I took three classe so I can say that all the teachers are wonderful.
