I liked everything about the studio: the hot room was a nice shape and was spacious with good mirrors, didn't smell. Good energy in the room. It even had a door outdoors - fantastic. I liked the entrance, changing rooms and showers as well. Paul, the teacher gave a really nice class with a both strong and mellow feeling -excellent. Thank you!

I really enjoy my time at HYS. I have been going since August 2016, so still a beginner, but each week I might do something a little better than before and it makes all the hard work worthwhile.
All the staff have been very helpful. I mainly go to Martins class on Saturday and he is really great. Also I would like to say that the guy on the front desk has such a great positive and happy manner. I would definitely recommend to friends.....but dare they go!!

I love the new range of classes and the wonderful teachers, the studio is clean and we always feel welcomed.
Friendly kind and jovial staff always willing to help, Teachers who are only to willing to give advice. My only gripes are air conditioning never turn on is male changing rooms and that horrendous noise when ever you use showers in male changing rooms.
Good times, great teachers
I love the atmosphere. As soon as you enter theres someone always at reception to help you with anything. Also they have an reduced price for beginners which helps. And teachers make sure you're doing okay throughout the classes if your new. Most people ive met are very friendly. It does get very hot so im glad they do 'warm yoga' classes too.
they encourage you go at your own pase but help and look out for where you in the area you need work on

This is a brilliant Hot Yoga place! All the staff and yoga teachers are fantastic, friendly and professional. It is clean and well looked after and generally my favourite place to do Bikram yoga or other forms of hot yoga. Keep up the good work guys!!!!
Teaching is fantastic
I had the class with Martin yesterday, it was my first class back after a month so I was worried I would struggle but Martin took the class nice and slow and gave me some pointers to help with my postures. Some of the other teachers don't interact with you individually so i never know if I am doing it right. The class was quieter which I guess helps but it was really enjoyable and I feel at ease being back at it after a month off!
