Great range of classes. Superb teachers. Martin, Richard, Paul, Sam, Karen, Almania, they are all just wonderful. In the first half of this year I’ve put everything into yoga and I’m so grateful for all the classes I’ve been to. (Well over 50)

Excellent teacher. But the women changing room can be overcrowded at times. Also, that may be a good idea to offer prenatal yoga classes.

Clean, welcoming premises and Paul is such a fantastic teacher.
I love his enthusiasm and determination to ensure his students get the best results from their practice
I’ve returned, after a few years away, and was quite nervous but your staff put me at ease and I already feel and look so much better after only 2 visits!
